We started out GoGo squeeZ pouches on Friday and I am rather impressed with them overall.
My children seem to prefer the yogurts to the fruit puré pouches. With their overall favourite being the banana yogurt.
I have these to my children as a snack or with their lunch. I think it’s a great alternative to just a piece of fruit.
I would consider GoGo squeez pouches as a relatively healthy snack but would personally prefer to but other brand fruit smoothies as an alternative to fruit for my kids due to there being too many added ingredients in these.

Liked the packaging, the children were really excited because it looks bright and attractive

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ?

Liked the ease of opening, the bright packaging.
Two of our children are dairy allergic but the other two really liked the yoghurt ones.
One (dairy allergic) child is addicted to the apple and mango ones!

  1. What did your child think about the different flavours? Which was their favourite?

Apple and Mango, plus both the yoghurt flavours

  1. When would you envisage giving GoGo squeeZ to your child?

On trips out/ in pack lunches/when we’ve run out of fresh fruit

  1. Would you consider GoGo squeeZ to be a healthy snack?

Two of my children are terrible at eating fruit so this is better than nothing. I like the yoghurt option, as most yoghurts don’t work in packed lunches

Would definitely use these in the packed lunches and for on the go. Their favourite was by a mile either of the yoghurt ones as opposed to the fruit purée ones. The packaging was bright and colourful and they were easy to open even for little hands. They both liked the packaging and the taste I think they’re a healthy snack and would give these as an alternative to the usual raisins in the car on the way home from school

We started testing these last Friday and do far my children have enjoyed them. They prefer the yogurts to the fruit and tbh I could see us buying the yogurts more than the fruit.

  1. In general my children enjoyed it they found the OK to and the response to the packaging was good.
  2. They liked the packaging and my daughter really like the yogurt ones. We took them out on a woodland walk and they were easy to carry etc
  3. The banana yogurt was the favourite here.
  4. I could imagine using them at festivals of whilst traveling especially as the yogurt didn't need to be in the fridge.
  5. I am not sure that I think they are the healthiest snack because of the sugar but my children enjoyed them.

We really liked the packaging and the range of flavours. The kids favourite was the strawberry yoghurt and they weren’t so keen on the banana flavour. They were unsure about the fruit pouches initially because of the texture, but they quickly got used to it.

I would definitely use them in their packed lunches for school. I love that they don’t need refrigerating, which makes them very portable.

I would consider them to be a healthy snack.

  1. What did you think about GoGo squeeZ in general?

The packaging was great, very eye catching and my children thought the tops looked like helicopters propellers!

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ?

They liked them being easy to open. They also used the lids to play with - great outside in the wind attached to toy soldiers.

  1. What did your child think about the different flavours? Which was their favourite?

We all loved the yogurts - very thick and creamy and full of the fruit taste. My eldest son loved the apple and mango. He gave it 7 out of 5.

  1. When would you envisage giving GoGo squeeZ to your child?

They are ideal for lunchboxes especially as they don't need to be refrigerated. I would also use them on picnics as no spoons are needed and there's no mess.

  1. Would you consider GoGo squeeZ to be a healthy snack?

I do. I couldn't see me using it as a snack in the house but would be handy to have in the cupboard to grab when going out. Also it would be helpful when running between school and clubs to eat fruit without the risk of choking in the back of the car.

The pouches have been a big hit in our house even with my 14 year old. I would definitely buy both yogurts and the apple and mango fruit pouch.

These are brightly packaged & straight away appealed to all of us in our house.
I really liked the fact that there was no mess when eating them (esp in their lunch box) and the variety of flavours & the kids really appreciated the easy open lids.
All flavours were enjoyed but the apple & mango & both yougarts were the favourites
These are perfect for school lunch boxes & we do lots of picnics at beach or park. They are ideal for days out.
I would consider this a healthier snack & the kids have loved grabbing one when wanted.

They especially liked the yoghurt flavours and have asked for more. Not fussed on the mango but they ate them.

4. When would you envisage giving GoGo squeeZ to your child?

As a snack after school while I cook dinner, on a walk through the forest, as part of a picnic, as a pudding in their pack lunch, out on the go when they get hungry and I have one more errand to run!

5. Would you consider GoGo squeeZ to be a healthy snack?

Yes, convenient for on the go and something for me to have on hand when we're out and about longer than I have planned.

  1. What did you think about GoGo squeeZ in general? It's a really good idea to try to get healthy snacks into our children but there are other brands out there who do this so not very original?

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ? My two boys who are 7 and 10 definitely preferred the yoghurt ones to the fruit ones. My 7 year old did say he liked the fruit ones but not as much but my 10 year old really didn't enjoy the fruit ones.

  1. What did you think about GoGo squeeZ in general? Really liked them. Tasty, not loads of packaging and very convenient. They were really easy to open so great for increasing independence in older ones.

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ?

The strawberry flavours went down really well. They thought the yoghurt was very creamy.

Strawberry in both types was the clear favourite. DS1 usually loves mango, but really didn’t like the mango flavour. We definitely wouldn’t buy banana flavour!

  1. What did you think about GoGo squeeZ in general?

They were very tasty and handy. The older kids thought they were only for the baby as they're used to seeing the Ella pouches when we're out and about but they were so happy they could have them.
I liked the lid a lot as it as avoided the choking danger I see in other pouches.

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ?

They liked the flavours and also being able to squidge them out to eat straight from the pouch. It was something a bit different as well.

  1. What did your child think about the different flavours? Which was their favourite?

They preferred the strawberry one and the apple and mango.

  1. When would you envisage giving GoGo squeeZ to your child?

Packed lunches and also to have as a snack after sport or between school and activities.

  1. Would you consider GoGo squeeZ to be a healthy snack?

They're better off having the fruit itself, but they were more keen on eating these so at least they're getting the fruit.

  1. They really enjoyed them, DH not so much as he found the flavour a bit bland. The three DC loved them, DS aged 12 ate 3 of the apple flavour ones while he had been left at home while we had gone to parents evening. So perhaps he liked them too much!

DD1 (10) and DD2 (8) really liked the twist top finding them easier to open than the usual yogurt and pureed fruit pots they get in their packed lunches. I like that the yogurt didn't need to be kept in the fridge so I wouldn't have to worry about warm yogurt in the summer.

  2. DS loved the apple, and DDs lovef the apple and mango. Both yogurt flavours were hits with the girls.

  3. I really liked them and if the price had been right I might have swapped their usual yogurt and pureed fruit in their packed lunches for them. However the cost in Tesco seems to be almost three times the price of the usual fruit puree pot they get, therefore I can't justify the cost on a daily basis and will have continue putting spoons in their packed lunches and their cheaper pots. The DC say the prefer the new ones so we might have them for convience on days out or if they are on offer.

  4. Yes they are a healthy snack, something to have alongside fruit and vegetables and not replace it in their diets.

  1. What did you think about GoGo squeeZ in general?

Handy, fairly healthy; one child really liked the cap - or liked filling pouch with air and then firing the cap, which flies like a helicopter - but the other child thought the caps felt a bit flimsy and didn't make her feel confident opening the pouches. Great that the yoghurts didn't need to be refrigerated. Wasn't clear if the pouches could be recycled - it would be a shame if not; the packaging was quite attractive but perhaps a bit 'young' for my older child

  1. What did your child(ren) like about GoGo squeeZ?

Preferred the yoghurt ones; the fruit purees could be a bit smoother but overall they liked them

  1. What did your child think about the different flavours? Which was their favourite?

One didn't like the banana but the other loved it; both liked the other flavours

  1. When would you envisage giving GoGo squeeZ to your child?

In lunchboxes, after school, at sports events, picnics etc

  1. Would you consider GoGo squeeZ to be a healthy snack?

Fairly - still probably better to eat a piece of fruit than a puree but better than many snacks
