  • How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?
    My dd is just 1.
  • What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?
The packaging is nice and the style of the bottle makes it look easy to use.
  • How easy was it to administer the product?
It was much easier to use this product than its competitors due to the shape of the applicator. It was easier to apply because it felt like I didn't have my hand in my dd face when using it.
  • How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier? It cleared her nose very quickly with mucous coming out of her nose with the spray.

-How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?
5 months, although I tested it on myself first when I had a blocked nose as the spray looked a bit fearsome. It wasn't at all though, it was very gentle.

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?
It worked.

-How easy was it to administer the product?
It was easy to administer but at the first attempt I must have been pressing on the wrong part of the applicator as I knocked the lid off. Once I pressed in the correct place it was very easy.

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?
It was immediate. It brought everything running out of her nose and she gave me a little smile, she seemed very happy to suddenly be able to breathe better.

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby? Nice, natural-sounding product.
-How easy was it to administer the product? Not at all easy. My toddler has just has his flu vaccination and has developed a horror of things being sprayed up his nose as a result.
-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier? Pretty quickly, although his distress at the experience sadly outweighed the product's benefits.

-How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?
My dd was 6 months when we started using it
-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?
I was surprised it was an aerosol, especially as it is marketed as 100% natural it seemed a bit incongruous
-How easy was it to administer the product?
I didn't find it easy at all, possibly it would be easier on a larger child but having to hold DD's head & the bottle made it very awkward compared to the smaller pump bottles
-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier? I didn't notice any improvement

-How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?

9 months

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?

It was easy to use, nicely packaged and clean and easy to store.

-How easy was it to administer the product?

Fairly easy, although it took the baby a while to get used to it, she was much more reluctant to let me use it than she is with other products, it may be because it is bigger.

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?

I had to use it a few times to see any improvement. It was not as immediately effective as I would have liked.

It is an ok product but I certainly would not want to pay anywhere near the Rrp for it.

-How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?
My daughter is 3, her 7 year old brother also queued up for a go!

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?

I liked the design of the spray nozzle, much easier to hold and the angle was just right

-How easy was it to administer the product?

The most difficult part of administering this was keeping my 3 year old still as soon as she saw something coming towards her nose she was pulling away - Luckily due to the angle of the nozzle we were able to get it sprayed quickly and the second time we used it she didnt pull away as she realised that it made her be able to breathe through her nose easier.

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?

It was really quick, a spray and then a blow I would say that this was effective after just the first spray. All the kids are full of colds again and we will definately be using this again as it makes sleep so much easier!

My son is 20 weeks old. I liked the packaging of the product and thought it was attractive and seemed a good way to clear a blocked nose. He got a cold and was having trouble breastfeeding and sleeping. The spray was easy to use although he does find it a bit distressing, especially at first! It worked almost immediately to make his breathing sound clearer. All in all very pleased and I will buy some more when it runs out.

  • How old is the child you tested Sterimar Baby with? DD is 23 months.

  • what were your first impressions of Sterimar Baby? I had just been given the adult version for myself on prescription for acute sinusitis so was familiar with the packaging. The baby version is almost the same but with a little cartoon dolphin. the adult version was the only thing that had helped me so I was hopeful the baby one would be the same. It couldn't have arrived at a better time as I had tried to by Sterimar Baby for my DD that day as she was really struggling to sleep with a stuffy nose. I hadn't been able to get it in my local pharmacy but came home to it lying in my door mat. I used it on her straight away and thought she would hate the skoosh up her nose. She didn't mind it at all so it must be very gentle compared to other nasal sprays on the market.

-How easy was it to administer the product? Very easy indeed. The spray mechanism is such that you don't have to stick it very far into the child's nostril at all, the ridge on the nozzle is great as it stops you trying to stick it in further than you need to and causing unnecessary distress. When inserted there is a good distance between the child's nose and the button you have to press this makes it very easy to do and less invasive for the child. It's a great design. Because it's so easy to administer my child has never refused further applications of the product - it is obviously very comfortable for her.
  • How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier? About 10 mins or so but she seemed happier instantly.

I will not be without this product now, for myself or my DD.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much product there is in the aerosol. The design of the nozzle was quite good too for easy administration and cleaning.

Quite easy especially with the shape of the nozzle. My 2 year old didn't like it, but it was quick to administer.

-How old is the child that you tested Stérimar Baby with?
She was 9 weeks old at the time (11 weeks now)

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?
It looked a little scary at first, the nozzle looked huge compared to my baby's nostrils. The bottle looked very nice, as did the packaging.

-How easy was it to administer the product?
It was easy to administer, and worked brilliantly. I was worried at first because the spray came out a lot and (it seemed) in a measured spray, that it might be too much but it was great.

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?
I was very impressed with it. It cleared her nose out straight away and made her able to breathe and feed properly again. She was quite ill too, a chest infection with her nose terribly blocked, and was also given anti biotics. This product made it much easier for her to breastfeed and recover. We got to test this product twice during testing as she had another cold too and it worked just as well for that time.

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby?
I like the packaging, it's very cute and easy to read. The bottle looks as you'd expect. It was easy to use as well which is key!

-How easy was it to administer the product?
Very easy, which is great if you've got an unwell wiggly baby to give it to! My DD didn't seem to mind the spray up her nose either.

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?
Fairly quickly, she became very snorty and did a few big sneezes which cleared a lot out! It loosened all the mucous up upon the first application which was great.

-What were your first impressions of Stérimar Baby? Neat packaging, but feel the packaging doesn't accurately detail what the product actually is.
-How easy was it to administer the product? Not very, but this was down to ds, who kept turning his head.
-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier? Quite soon after wards, but as it was so hard to get it into him, not sure it was worth the effort.

-How easy was it to administer the product?
Fairly easy. DS was very good but after the first spray, he point blank said NO and I couldn't get it near him for the other nostril. He will never let me use it on him again unless I pinned him down, which I don't think it is worth doing!

-How soon, if at all, after using the product did you notice that your child could breathe easier?
Didn't really notice a difference.
