Miele are looking for 10 Mumsnetters to test out their Complete C3 PowerLine Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner.

Here’s what Miele say, “Do you have pets, specifically a cat, dog or both? Do you find yourself spotting their hair trapped within the carpet even just after vacuuming? The Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Cat & Dog comes with an additional Turbobrush floorhead, specifically designed for a deep and thorough clean and is perfect for picking up those stubborn pet hairs. It also comes with an Active AirClean filter containing a layer of charcoal, which absorbs pet smells and bad odours.”

This product test is open to UK Mumsnetters with at least one cat or dog.

Those selected will be sent a Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Cat & Dog Bagged Vacuum Cleaner (RRP £270.00).

If selected, you'll be sent the Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Cat & Dog to try for a few weeks and so long as you add feedback as required you will be able to keep the product.

If selected, you will be sent the Miele Complete C3 PowerLine Cat & Dog in December, and asked to try it for two weeks. You will then need to try it and add feedback to a thread on Mumsnet. At the end of the testing period, we'd also like you to post a review on the Mumsnet review pages. In order to keep the product, you would need to add your feedback by the 21st of December, so please only apply if you are able to do this.

5 of the 10 participants may also need to film a few videos. Those MNers will receive an additional 2 years supply of Dustbags as a thank you for filming.

If you’re interested in taking part please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck,

MNHQ

Yes yes yes please!!! Getting a brand new cat in 5 days time (long haired aaaaargh) so my carpet is going to be a mass of fur in about 5 1/2 days time!

The survey asks if you are willing to do video or photos but you can only tick one and not both.

Yes, I had the same problem with photos/videos - could only select one.

tallulah - Thanks for spotting this! I've now changed this. If anyone who has already applied would like to change their answer, please PM me.

i have everything crossed - mine has just died and i really need a decent one with animals in the house but i'm a lone parent and in my first year of new employment so times are a bit tight. currently having to borrow one from a friend but it's no good really as i have two pups in the house as well as an adult dog so need to be vacuuming regularly. please universe pick me! i've been a very very good girl this year.

Have signed up - I would be delighted to find a vacuum cleaner that is good with malamute fur! My dog seems to lose her own bodyweight in fur every week at the moment

I bought a Miele Cat and Dog last year so I won't enter, but those of you who are lucky enough to receive one to review won't regret it - mine is ace! And I have three very fluffy indoor only cats.

I would love this, my old Dyson is really struggling with suction and we have 4 cats and 3 kids Shock

We can't afford to replace it though, so struggle on it must until it does a death. I don't even want to think about what we'll do about the carpets then Sad

Pretty please, I know I didn't send feedback about the chewy orange flavour vitamins one for ages and ages but I'm very very sorry and promise not to be so useless again!

We've got a permanent cat and a varying number of visiting dogs, ranging from nice neat Vizlas and miniature Schnauzers with low shedding coats through to collies and retrievers with spectacularly long and filthy coats that seem to fall off in chunks randomly and very very frequently.

Yes please my dogs hair gets everywhere one even stuck in my foot all day like a pin the other day!

Would love to test this out, I have 2 cats and a dog and have to hoover every morning, sometimes twice a day if the dog is shedding badly. I like to keep the floor as hair free as possible for the foster baby that's now on the move.

Signed up. Only recently bought a new Dyson - not overly impressed. Would love to see if the Miele can cope better with the dog and four cats' worth of hair.

Signed up, keeping everything crossed for the miracle of being selected!
I have a Dyson which is great at day to day, but it really doesn't cope with the insane shedding of DDog1, would love to finally find a vacuum that is man enough to keep up with his ninja hair dropping talents..

Signed up. Can't specify how many of each type of pet you have on the survey - does that matter?

Here's hoping! I have 2 lovely cats that drop their fur all the time making my house look unclean which isn't a good thing with a young baby who will soon be crawling Shock

Oh, would LOVE to try this out.
We have pets and an ancient Dyson and it isn't great (whether the brand or the age I don't know).

Signed up, and hoping...

Would love this. Hope it will stop me hovering three plus times a day so my daughter can play on the carpet.
