We're looking for 250 Mumsnetters, who enjoy a chocolatey treat or ten, to try the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles with their families (yes you will need to share grin)

Here's what the team at Cadbury says: "Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles are a lovely new addition to the Cadbury sharing range and we're really excited to launch another great share size bag. They are a fun, tasty, colourful new treat designed for everyone to share and enjoy."

Those selected will be sent a share size bag of the Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles (RRP £2.03) to try. However, instead of sharing them as a treat, we'd like you and your DCs to use the Cadbury Dairy Milk Pebbles to decorate a sweet treat with. We'd then like you to upload pictures of your creations to the feedback thread on MN. The most unusual and creative decoration (as judged by Cadbury) will win a £250 John Lewis voucher!

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child under 16.

So, if you'd like to take part please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck,

sad nooo I only got mine last week! I have a photo, I have a photo, can I still upload it?

Arrived yesterday.

I made a millionaires shortcake tart and was going to decorate using these, however I ran out of yellow ones - it was going to be a pumpkin face in preparation for Halloween!

I too was disappointed in these - I prefer minstrels as they are tastier. For cake decorating there aren't enough colours (yellow, purple & brown) - as I usually make something chocolatey there isn't any point in the brown ones really. A lot of mine had chips in the shells also which made them look messy.

So to sum it up for eating alone I would rather have minstrels and for cake decorating I would rather use smarties. I won't be buying them myself.

Still no arrivals here - shame, as I was doing a birthday cake over the weekend and they would have been perfect to have. Oh well!

I can't find where to upload our photo either. Was very proud of our dinosaur cake effort, but fear we may now be undone by UniS smile

florencebabyjo Sat 28-Sep-13 19:08:18

we've had ours and demolished the cake in 5 mins! all the children had ideas but in the end did a cake to celebrate our eldest going off to uni today. it took my mind off him going and stopped me crying in the cake mixture v sad

Bit disappointed with the appearance of these.
smarties are more colourful
minstrels have nicer chocolate
min eggs look better

BUT they are better than M&Ms

DS and I got busy decorating fairy cakes for tea, We managed a sunflower, a burial mound, a zen garden and a 3 spiked spear...where is the thread to put pictures on?

Ruprekt Sat 28-Sep-13 15:44:06

Just like minstrels but not as nice.

My cake, however is awesome!!!!smilesmilesmilesmilesmile

Mine have arrived but they are quite crushed. Hopefully I'll be able to salvage enough to decorate a cake.

YourHandInMyHand Fri 27-Sep-13 17:45:44

We have ours. I am trying to resist them and save them for the weekend so we can be creative with them. Hopefully my willpower will last!
