I tried size 3 for my 6mo DD - in retrospect, I think she had a growth spurt and went up a size just about when I signed up!

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Nice and soft, still very slim for the extra absorbency, sweet designs. They definitely are the most absorbent nappy I've found - they didn't keep DD dry for the 12 hours but I think that's because she feeds more at night than in the day Confused and so wees a lot at night as a result. Even taking that into account, the Pampers kept her dry for 8 hours or more. I will be buying them, so I'll try the size 4s and see if that helps. When she leaked (because the nappy was soaked) it was at the leg.

I do find the smell of Pampers quite odd though - sort of fishy. It reminds me of all the chemicals in there, which I find a bit alarming. try to give DD lots of no nappy time in the day and would like to see the big disposable brands raising awareness of how beneficial this is.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

The most absorbent I've found, definitely. As with all nappies, once they're soaked, the baby's skin feels wet.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

As far as I can see, Pampers are about 25% more expensive than the supermarket alternative, but I use probably 1/3 to a half as many. So on balance, yes, good value based on the choice I have. We don't live near an Aldi, and I hear that their much cheaper nappies perform really well. If we did, I would definitely try those!

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, I would recommend them, because from the beginning with DD I've been an advocate of not changing her in the night unless she's pooed or is very wet. A dry disposable is the best way to disturb your LO as little as possible.

oh - not that you asked! - I'm not keen on the tagline "golden sleep". I find it a bit odd, because it's reminiscent of golden shower! Confused

I tried newborn size 3 on my 3 month old.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Can't really fault them. My baby has never had any sort of nappy rash and I don't use cream. Okay so occasionally explosive poos do leave but I'm not sure anything would keep those in!! Yes I'll use them again as although I've not tried many other brands, I think if it ain't broke then don't fix it!

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

As mentioned above some explosive poos to do leak at the back but I'm not one for doing nappies up really tight, and nothing else I've doing keeps the worst poos in place either. Never had wet leakage with my baby.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

In comparison to some own brand names, ie supermarket own, they are expensive but I always buy them when they are on offer and they are such an essential part of daily life with a baby it's the quality that's most important.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes definitely.

I tried size 3 nappies. These compared well to the other brands I have used in the past and kept my son dry through the night.

I would recommend them to others and would use them again although I would shop around for offers.

Hi, i sampled baby dry size 3 on my 20 week old son

Q1. Overall i found that the Pampers were a snug fit on my son, not as bulky as some other brands, they seem to be the only major brand nappies that i can find that do not leak around the hips. I have found that they keep my little boy dry through the night therefore not needing a nappy change at midnight, i did find however that with leaving him in nappies overnight he did experience a rash around his groin although over the course of the day this seems to resolve itself.

Q2. I did find that the pampers do keep my little boy much dryer that other nappies, he did not experience the leaking first thing in the morning around his hip.

Q3. For the amount of nappies you get in a pack i do find pampers quite expensive compared to other nappies, maybe if there were a few more in a pack then i would rate them better on pack size, however for protection i find that they are excellent value for money.

Q4. I would definitely recommend pampers to a friend, I already have on social networking sites.

My Daughter is 17 months and I tested size 4.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Overall the nappies were great, really impressed with the absorbency they kept her dry all night. They fit great. My daughter can be a struggler at nappy changes and have found that some brands rip easily making the nappy unusable, this has not happened with Pampers.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

Because of the absorbency and good fit there has been no leakage as I have found with some other brands. Also there do not cause her any discomfort or redness because they keep all the wet locked away.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I think they are very good value, as the quality is much better than other brands.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would definitely recommend these nappies, I have tried most brands for my 3 children, but always come back to Pampers for the quality and reliability.

I used size 3 on my 7 month old daughter.

Q1
I found the nappies to be slim line and pretty, I'm sure my dd appreciated this Smile I do think they are the best that I've found to use with dd - they are good quality and very reliable and I would definitely use them again.

Q2
The nappies very rarely leak, and when they do it tends to be due to positioning i.e. out of the leg. They last for a long time, tend to keep dd dry and comfortable through the night. In the morning she does tend to be quite wet, but the fact she sleeps through indicates that she doesn't feel too uncomfortable so the absorption is clearly good.

Q3
They are pricey - but I tend to think they are better quality than other brands. I also feel that I use less pampers than other lower quality brands that have less absorption/odour control.

Q4
Yes, I would, and I have done.

I tried size 3 for my 6 month old daughter.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I found them to be a good fit with plenty of stretch to them. I would use them again because they offered very good protection for my baby.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They coped really well with leaks- I don't think we've had any! They kept my baby dry all night and she seemed comfortable in them for long periods of time.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

They are good value for money, they seem costly at first glance but I didn't need to change my baby as much therefore the pack lasted me longer.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes I would because they are good value for money and keep baby dry for long periods of time.

Having tested the pampers baby dry nappies I feel they're great compared to Huggies and supermarket own brands! The 12 hour dry night promise is true and even after a full nights sleep my daughter is still relatively dry in the morning.
I will be moving to these nappies permanently after using pampers new baby for 7 months and would recommend them to friends if they asked my opinion. All in all a great nappy, slightly pricier than own brands but definitely worth the extra money!

I tried these nappies with my daughter who is 8 months old (size 4).

Q1 I thought Pamper's baby-dry were very good and will continue to use them. They seem to keep moisture away from the skin very well and my baby stays comfortable during the night.

Q2 Pamper's Baby-Dry keeps my baby drier for longer and we very rarely have any leaks (only when she sleeps for over 12 hours at night.)

Q3 The nappies do seem expensive compared to other brands but I feel it is worth the money to have a dry, happy baby plus less washing to do as fewer leaks onto clothing.

Q4 Yes I would recommend Pampers Baby-Dry

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Overall - a good nappy. No leakage and feels like it is probably pretty comfy. On one occasion found that the tabs wouldn't unstick and that led to a ripped and thus unuseable nappy but this was only once. It may be complete coincidence, but since using the Baby Dry nappies, my DS has had mild nappy rash for the first time. This may not have anything to do with the nappies but is worth noting.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
Seemed to hold liquids well; a couple of times poo did escape slightly out of the side which may have been more to do with me not putting it on properly (I have a very wriggly baby). Generally I use Boots own brand which are also fine and I haven't found them to leak either.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
While the price seems ok I am generally seduced by offers so while I wouldn't say I will not buy them again, I would be more likely to buy them if they were reduced or in a two-for-one deal.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, seem comfy enough but tags can be a bit sticky. However they stay in place well despite my very active DS doing his best to wriggle out of them!

I tried these for my 10 month old daughter -size 4.

I thought they were really great quality and kept my little one dry all night, however they did have a v weird chemical smell which I got used to but thought was a little off putting.

I would definitely use them again but it is hard to justify the cost unless on offer - whilst they are undeniably better quality than supermarket own, I'm not sure they are that much better in order to justify paying full price.

Price withstanding, I would definitely recommend to others though

Q1
They feel soft and comfortable compared to the brand we regularly use. The side tab did pull off once, when I was trying to tug it in to place underneath a wriggly toddler, which I was surprised by. They hold in the pee smell well. I would use them again if DD started to get nappy rash during the night, as they seem softer and more absorbant that our current brand; however, as our current brand aren't causing any problems I can't see the need to pay more.

Q2
Very dry, no leakage at all, good fit around the waist and legs. Better than some 'top' brands we have used before, but the fit is about the same as our current brand.

Q3
They are value for money if you are having problems with nighttime leaking, nappy rash etc - but they're not if you aren't having problems. Without any special offers on they are still about 8p a nappy more expensive than our current brand, which would work out as roughly £2.50-£3 a week more expensive. That's over £100 a year. Obviously I'd pay that if I needed to, but not just for a brand name.

Q4
I'd recommend them over other big name brands as they seem better, and I'd recommend them to anyone who said they were struggling to find a very absorbant nappy. I would also be worried that own brand nappies might be more irritating for very small babies. But for older babies and toddlers, I don't think I would recommend them. I'd be recommending the own brand we use.

Wee.

Then I started using baby dry and no problems. Baby sleeps 8 to 7 and is dry as a bone when he wakes. I have to say they are brilliant

While they are a little more expensive then other brands knowing that your baby is dry for the full night is brilliant

I would definitely recommend them to a friend

Great, yes I would use again, no leaks all night.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

Excellent, only ones that don't leak through the night.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

Yes, but mainly because I buy them when they are on offer and comparable in price with supermarkets own brand.

Yes, because they really do work for 12 hours overnight.

I have tried size 3 pampers baby-dry on my 5 months old baby

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

They are lovely, thin and slim, nice designs, the absorbency was great, it kept her dry through the 8 hours night sleep, she wakes up for a feed, so i change her by then. Haven't kept it on her 12 hours though!

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They hold the wee pretty well, no leakage at all. It only leaked poop once from the side, but most probably it was me not putting it perfectly right. I only tried huggies couple of times, it was Ok. But i like the pampers better, their designs, their smell, their soft texture on baby skin. But in term of dryness and leakage they are pretty the same

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

They are good especially when they are on offer on most supermarkets, they sometimes go into around 0.1 for a nappy!

Q4

Yeah i would definitely recommend. They are RELIABLE

I tested the size 4 nappies on my 8 month old and I have to say, I was very impressed with the results.

They seem thinner & softer, more flexible, than the supermarket brand that I usually use.

My 8mth old is still feeding up to 3 times during the night and it's hit & miss as to whether the supermarket brand I currently use (asda) leaks or not. I was impressed that with the pampers baby dry there was no leakage!

I would recommend them for the reasons above.

I would say that they are decent value for money but supermarket brands quite a bit cheaper.

I'd buy them but just use them for overnight as cheaper brands fine for during the day.

I would recommend them as a good, soft, non leaky nappy Smile

  1. I was impressed with them, kept my 9 month old leak free so in terms of quality, happy to use again

  2. they seemed to keep all the wetness away from my baby's skin - no wake ups or leaks but he never poops overnight so can only comment on wee holding!

3)they are expensive compared to other brands

4)happy to recommend as a quality product, not a cheap option though!
