We are very excited to be welcoming Tom Kerridge into our kitchen on Thursday, where he'll be making us an exclusive treat from his new book: Tom Kerridge's Best Ever Dishes.

We'll post the video on our YouTube channel – subscribe now, if you haven't already, and be the first to find out which dish he's showing us how to make at home.

Tom's a regular on programmes like Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef. His pub, The Hand and Flowers, was the first in the world to acquire two Michelin stars. If you've got a burning question for him, post it below – we'll ask a couple while we ogle at the food film.

Hello Tom,

Mr Thunkit is an ex-chef with very Victorian tastes. I am an ex-KP with Mediterranean tastes, we are having fun & games trying to find dishes that suit the pair of us. Any suggestions? We're both pretty competant, in our own special ways (I can read recipes, he can read meat), and we enjoy working together (if nothing else, for the comedy value), so something complex would be a fun challenge.

My question is ( along a similar path to Linerunner...)

What do you cook with your excess garden veg at this time of year? I'm not so much swamped by tomatoes, but more courgettes (yellow) and runner beans.

Please give me an idea for runner Beans that I haven't done yet... (So far, Delias chutney, in a Piccalilli, greek style with toms and garlic, boiled and tossed in garlic. Given kilos to the local village shop to sell....)

Hi Tom, I loved your last book and series and am really looking forward to this one.

I love meat but will generally only like to eat good quality, responsibly sourced meat. I've found that over the past few years even traditionally cheaper cuts (especially lamb shanks!) have soared in price. I'm now having a few meat free nights a week so that we can continue to have better quality. What vegetarian meals would you recommend that are still delicious and won't make us miss the meat?

Hello Tom, I bloody love you on the TV and have the pub food book so it feels a bit like we're mates. My intentions are honourable unlikesome I can point the finger at so Mrs K doesn't need to give me evils.

Now, imagine you have the night off and you invite me and my DH round to yours for something to eat, what would be on the menu? We'd be bringing a bottle of wine and a bunch of flowers out of the garden and hopefully sitting in your kitchen. It's late Summer/early Autumn by the way.
If I could crash in with part two of the menu question, if it was a special occasion and you said come round for a push the boat out meal and we brought champagne and posh flowers, what would be on the menu then?
