I've just had similar with buying Kylie tickets. They charged me £5.95 x 2 convenience charge??? Whatever that is and then postage on top of that so in all £12 worth of charges for two tickets. What a rip off. Wish I could help.

Go to the box office one day when you are passing and pay in cash?

I really hate the way venues slap these charges on.
