We're live with Dermot O'Leary on Monday 25 September at 1pm. Dermot will be telling us about the inspiration behind his first children's book Toto the Ninja Cat and looking at some of the pet-related discussions that have been trending on the Mumsnet boards recently.

We want YOU to share pics of your feline friends (along with the name of the mog and anything special about her/him). Please post them on this thread before 11am on Monday 25th as we'll be talking about some of the cats with Dermot during the Facebook Live. Everyone who posts up a pic will be in with a chance to win a signed copy of the book. We'll announce the winner on this thread on Monday afternoon.

As ever we'll be taking questions for Dermot during the Facebook live. If you've got a burning question but can't join us on the day, post to this thread before Monday midday.

To get the ball rolling grin Here are Walter and Jesse. They're four years old and were originally born in Spain. Their interests include sitting in boxes they are far too small for, eating out of the bin, and terrorising the local wildlife. They are very much loved and have purrs like jet engines. Jesse likes to sleep with his tongue out, and Walter bites you when he gets overexcited.

This is Yasha!
He's a domestic short hair who loves Sleep, staring out the window, talking to birds, cuddling for treats and cheese.

Please print Dermots tribute to his cat it was very beautiful.

Here's my two Daphne and Dolores aged one and six months although the six month old rules the roost. Both rescue kittens.

My 2, Little M (Devon) and MCat (B&W mog).

MCat is very middle class and speaks in a sinister Spanish whisper. He used to enjoy murdering anything smaller than him, but it was just a phase. Little M likes Justin Bieber and says 'Dude!' a lot. He likes his fluffy shagbag a bit too much.

I really don't know what I'd do without them.

Say hi to Dermot for me. He got me told off by Mrs Dellar for laughing in English class. Oddly she’s now my sons outreach tutor and comes to my house once a week. I’ve had my revenge. She’s had to read “Five nights at Freddie’s” but I say it’s payback for making us read Romeo and Juliet grin

Oh....and here’s my cat waiting for dinner by the looks grin

Here is my cat Ozzy. He is a rescue cat whom we had from the RSPCA 5 years ago at the age of 3. He had a very neglected life, living from bin to bin, was covered in fleas and ticks.

He now has a very pampered life. He lives in our house in the woods, with plenty of very small animals, which he regularly brings in to show us. He is a very posh cat, well mannered and purrs like a horse constantly.

This is Treacle. She knocks over cups deliberately so she can play with them...hmm

What do you think of Harry? He's into belly rubs and judging people's life choices.
