Hi Sarah,

How do you stop your kids from having sugar at school? I take it they don't have school lunches?

Also, what do you do at kid's birthday parties when the cake gets passed around?

Thanks. smile

Why are ingredients like rice malt syrup better for you than sugar? Rice malt syrup is a form of sugar, surely?

I've not seen/read anything about your recipes etc. but I'd be interested in ideas for my 12 yr old who has issues with food. She has issues with textures & eats as little healthy food as she can get away with, while trying to bulk out her hunger with sweet things like biscuits/sweets/chocolate. A lot of this happens while I'm working & her gran is dealing with meals etc. Any tips that would help would be welcome.
