D'y ever wonder why a scantily-clad man looks so much more attractive than his starkers neighbour on the beach?

I'm afraid I have no answer for you - no naked or even scantily clad men on Morecambe beach - it's too windy shock

And there are a lot of community support officers around us - any inappropriately attired people would soon be escorted off. Maybe that's why dogs aren't allowed on the beach....wonder what would happen if they distributed doggie speedos......

Oh Momma, you have just got me all wound up again!!!! Now (in fgland) I am on a hot beach with Dermot Mulroney and the sun is just beginning to set and <<fg runs the ice bath>>

frumpygrumpy Sun 28-Sep-08 09:27:10

Shabs, I think I understand. Its that feeling of "I have more than this to offer, WTF am I, and will I just be doing this forever". True?

estar Sun 28-Sep-08 09:27:32

Yes, but is he scantily clad or is he starkers?

frumpygrumpy Sun 28-Sep-08 09:30:19

He has swim shorts on revealing a not-too-exercised torso, floppy hair and no sunglasses. When I get him starkers he will keep his rudie bits hidden with a sheet. grin

onlyjoking9329 Sun 28-Sep-08 09:30:39

I will try and conduct a survey whilst laying on the beach in a few weeks time grin

Rubester - we had the greatest fun - having a try at everything. Joester (my lovely friend) has loads of freckles, green eyes and auburn hair - so she looked just fab! We were pushing each other out of the way for the mirror and Joester was saying - 'Oh shabs I look like someone else - how posh am I!!' The avon rubbish was put at the back of the drawer.

<<Shabbs keeps going to the window to check for the courier - gently practising her snogs on the back of her hand>>

Thanks Mars - Im awaiting the arrival grin

Do you remember my gay brown friend who is now a 'Southern Jessie!!?'

He has just commented on Matts picture that I have put on Facebook.

It is a collection of thoughts that I have read before - but the bit that made me shock was it ends with the words All is well!!

Really hope this works

Ah life just keeps on getting better. Our house sale has fallen through. Landlord refusing to extend our contract here. Homeless in 3 weeks. If I'm not around it's not because I don't want to be. Have spent all weekend sobbing giving away all my beloved baby stuff in readiness for third move this year once we find somewhere to go. Really really tired, stressed and fed up.

Sorry to make my first post on new thread so miserable. Hope everyone else is doing better.

HarrogateMum Sun 28-Sep-08 19:09:19

oh pixi how awful, I wish there was something I could do, or that I was closer and could offer you a bed or two, sadly I am at the total opposite of the country sad

Is it likely you will be able to find another rental place quickly? I know its not ideal as it means more moving but for the short term. I will keep everything crossed for you.

shabster Sun 28-Sep-08 19:09:55

Oh Pixie - that is a pile of shite poo. That is the most awful feeling - it still makes me want to cry the way our ex landlord treated us. Keeping everything crossed for you and will have a word with our Gareth and Matt for you tonight. xxxxx

frumpygrumpy Sun 28-Sep-08 20:01:20

<<wraps up a bucket load of love for Pixi and sends it South>> Thinking of you and asking Mars to do that pray thing she does. Don't stay away, please, I'd hate to think of you all strung up and without someone to vent to. Vent, vent, vent, and keep venting. Its the only way xxxxxx.

pixi - thats crap sad I have no words of wisdom and wish I could help
