I've just found out that a lovely friend of mine is expecting twins! I couldn't be happier for her! Her twins have been confirmed as MCMA (or MOMO) which of course throws an extra level of complexity and concern into an already hectic (house move!) and emotional time. I was hoping that I could gather a few happy stories of MOMO/MCMA twin pregnancies with happy outcomes, to bring a smile to her face and to ease the stress of the constant monitoring.
