Start using Mumsnet PremiumGood presents for triplets?
(5 Posts)I know someone who's just had triplets, 3 girls. Small but all healthy, I'd like to get her a present but what's useful!? I had a baby 5 months ago so have an idea but i'd like to be helpful - a tonne of baby grows? Mothercare vouchers? A medal? Looking to spend about £50. Will have to be postable (within reason) as she's other side of UK.
Oh I would pay for a few hours of cleaning (if she'd like that.) It must be a nightmare trying to get sorted with three babies.
Diapers? Cleaning is also a great idea. Can you ask her dh?
I can't imagine triplets. I think I would give her the cash and tell her it's for her to spend on her as triplets must be grueling. That way she has the cash in her pocket for those moments where you just need to throw money at the problem to make it go away.
I have triplet baby girls too and found the following things were welcome presents
- loads of sleepsuits & bodysuits (not fancy outfits that never get worn)
- food (not just cake though, proper food)
- personalised gifts for the babies with their names to recognise they are three individuals
Hope that helps!
