I really need to start getting organised as i am 28 weeks. I just can't make up my mind whether to put both babies in one cot or each in a small crib.
The thing is, we have a great crib from when dd was a baby and it was so practical having her in our room at night and being able to move the crib to other rooms in the day.
If we would put them together in a cot they'd have to stay in their room for all sleeping times, which would be a bit of a pain at night. Also, dh is a bit paranoid and likes to check on babies while they sleep at night ( big fear of SIDS) so he always had dd on his side of bed when she was a baby.
So my question to you experienced mothers of twins is, is it better to keep them together or is it ok to separate them? They can still be near each other, just not physically in same crib as i guess that would be too small for 2...
Thanks for your help
