advice needed on being anemic

my daughter has had 2 miscarriges ( as some of you may know)she has recently started to suspect she may be anemic and has been to the doctors earlier on today, they have done some blood tests and we will get the results on friday although they said it is unlikely for a girl of her age. i was just wondering if she is anemic could this of affected her two pregnancys, she was 5 week when she lost them both so no tests were done to see if anything was wrong. tia xx
