Besst friend struggling to cope months after miscarriage, who can I suggest she talks to?

She is really struggling to cope and is going through really thinking about whether it was something she had done and is falling into a bad place mentally. How can I help her? I would like to suggest that she talks to someone, but I don't know who.

Um. Miscarriage association? How far along was she? If it was a late m/c, SANDS is fab. I've heard very good things about Babyloss too - there were several people on SANDS who also posted there. Does she have a good GP?

tell her if she is up to it have look on the emmsys angels post, i have a mmc a month ago and was offered councelling and talked to the mc assoc but the girls on the thread have helped me more than anyone i know
