Hey everyone, just looking for a bit of advice as well as a little hope!
In February just before my 12 week scan I started spotting, went to EPU where they found no heartbeat and said the baby stopped developing around 7 weeks. Had to spend a few days in hospital with not a very nice experience.
Beginning of May I found out I was pregnant again, absolutely over the moon and actually more confident this time as last time I kept hearing "most women go through it at some point" "it's just one of them things" so you almost assume it can't happen again. Then the weekend just gone (I will have been 5 weeks) I started bleeding on the Friday passing big clots all the way through to Sunday. Did a test on the Monday just to make sure and it was negative already. I'm absolutely devastated and now think it's going to keep happening over and over.
I have a 4 year old with a different father.
So my questions are did many people have 2 miscarriages and go on to have a healthy pregnancy? Could this be a mismatch between me and my partner and could it keep happening (as I've read a lot of miscarriages are due to baby's chromosomes and not developing properly)
Also read that getting pregnant before your next period can also increase chances as your body is already ready?
