I found out about my MMC a week ago. Since then, my partner didn’t leave my side for 6 days apart from half an hour where he went for a run. I completely crumbled in that half hour, just an anxious mess. He went back to work yesterday and my friend came to stay with me, but she’s home now and my partner is at work and I don’t know what to do to stop myself from falling into a hole of sadness. I’m so anxious and sad. Any tips for helping to heal?

I’ve been there many times and to be honest, all that helps is time. Not because time is a healer, but because time allows you to learn how to live with the grief.
After a while, I read and watched a lot of TV, put my energies into new projects.
I know elderly women who still feel sorrow for miscarriages. I take some comfort in that what I have felt (and still feel after some time), is normal.
