MMC at 9W, really need some feedback

We found out I was pregnant 3 weeks before our wedding and were so happy, only to have everything come crashing down 1 week after the wedding when I went for a scan at supposedly 9W but the doctor told us there was no heartbeat, baby only measured 6W, and to prepare for a MC. I opted to wait for natural miscarriage, and 1 day after the scan I started bleeding at 6am, but nothing excessive. Nothing happened except cramps the whole day until 630pm when I bled again in the toilet, but again, nothing excessive. Then at 7pm the cramps started getting really intense and I had back pain as well, until I finally fell asleep around 12, but woke up at 4am and finally passed a large clot. At 7am I passed 2 more small clots and immediately the cramps stopped. I don't know if that means it's all over, I have had just minimal bleeding since then (within just 30hours) and I'm scheduled for a scan this Sunday to make sure everything is out. I just hope I don't need a D&C and there's nth left inside but am not sure whether just passing out 3 clots and not a lot of bleeding counts as a complete MC. So worried and anxious right now because from what I've read, it seems most people bleed a lot and there's supposed to be a lot of clots??

So sorry for your loss.. I'm going through a mmc too.. just slight bleeding while wiping and nothing more.
I hope it goes well for you . Can't give any advice but I hope others start messaging soon.

Thank you for responding Bee1710. I'm so sorry you are going through the same thing too, the pain I had last night was so bad I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I've had just light bleeding the whole day today since the 4am and 7am clots and rly just hoping it's all out.
Stay strong and I wish you well too.

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks but baby measured 6/7. I knew it was over when I passed the sac. Contractions at regular intervals, really painful. Then I passed it and all pain stopped almost instantly. Does sound similar. Scan 2 days later confirmed I'd passed everything.

I don’t remember any pain from my MC. I believe it was ectopic as I could point to my side and say that’s where it was. I felt the sensation of a rubber band snapping in the area where I believed it was. I bled, passed the sac and bled for a few days more. I had an internal scan to confirm everything was gone.

Sorry not very eloquently put but basically my experience.

Sorry for your loss and anyone else who has gone through or is going through a MC
