How Long to Fall Pregnant After Medical Management of Miscarriage?

Hi,

I am just after some information in relation to people's experiences. I had a chemical pregnancy (I hate that it's called that) earlier on in the year and was fortunate enough to fall pregnant again the following cycle. My midwife classed my pregnancy as high risk due to a loop biopsy on my cervix earlier in the year. As a result of this, I had an early scan at 7 weeks and all was well, with a strong heartbeat visible on the ultrasound, etc. I then ended up going for a private scan at 11 weeks (this was on Wednesday 16/10/19) and was told the baby had no heartbeat. I then went straight to hospital where it was confirmed that the baby's heart had stopped beating at around 8 weeks 6 days. I had a medical management of miscarriage and am really struggling to deal with the situation, I keep replaying the Sonographer's words in my head. It just doesn't feel real.

What I would like to know (if anyone has had a similar experience) is how long it took you to fall pregnant after this procedure, and if you were tracking ovulation, etc. I know everyone is different and it won't necessarily be the same for me, but I think hearing other people's stories will help.

Thanks in advance...

I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks ish last May. It took until the following February for me to get pregnant again but I have an ovarian cyst and likely one completely.blocked tube. I'm now 37 weeks. It was a long hard journey but got there (I'm also 35 so not the youngest!) X
