Starting of fourth miscarriage

So I had my third miscarriage in Feb had no period between falling again. I saw gynaecologist last week as I was due at recurrent miscarriage clinic but was dismissed on the basis I'm already pregnant was advised to take low dose asprin. I took two doses over two days then on Friday I had a gush of very pink blood that flooded my clothes so avoided a further dose now since Friday I've been getting extremely brown discharge but nothing else no stringy bits no pain.
I'm still feeling sick and have vomited more this weekend than before I feel so worn out I have a scan tomorrow at early pregnancy unit who I truly believe will confirm its another misscarriage. This will be my fourth but third consecutive one any silver lining in this would be I qualify now for further testing but I just feel numb.
I have two healthy children but would like one more to complete our family it just feels a dream too far right now 😢
Sorry for a ramble

Sorry luna it really is crap. To give you hope I was in the same situation in 2013 and after finally getting answers from Coventry implantation clinic (high uNK cells, NHS investigations all normal) I did have a successful pregnancy. I hope you are wrong this time and everything is ok but if the scan says it's a loss and you can bear to do it, think about trying to collect (or ask then to collect if you go surgical) "products" to be tested. It finally shut them up on the 'just bad luck' line when my 4th MC was genetically normal. The recurrent miscarriage threads here are a lifesaver - I'm still friends with a load of people who were in your shoes a few years ago. Much love at a shitty time in your life.

I'm very sorry for your losses.
I also have had 4 MC and I am fortunate enough to have been diagnosed with a disorder, given tablets for it, and am now successfully pg with DC2.
It doesn't matter how many kids you've already got it's still painful and sad.

Sending love and best wishes for the future. Flowers

Hi all I had a scan today and they found a heartbeat which I wasn't expecting but I've now been told to not take aspirin so now I'm concerned I'm not doing everything to prevent another so I'm terrified now not relieved as three previous miscarriages have been after 8 weeks
