Miscarriage/pregnancy loss

Can’t cope after miscarriages 😭💔

I’ve recently had my third miscarriage and I’m not coping. I’ve got mental health issues and I have no family to talk to. My husband won’t talk to me about the miscarriages or anything to do with my mental health. I literally have no where to turn or anyone to cry for help to.

Any advice? I don’t know what to do anymore

I'm so very sorry for your losses. I've had 2 losses (8wks and 20wks) and like you had no one to talk to, and also found there is no proper support available. I ended up searching Facebook and found a lot of support groups for parents who have also experienced a loss of a baby.

I've found it's helped me massively as it's the only place where I felt people actually understood what I was going through. It's been 10 months since my daughter was born sleeping and I still use the groups often and have made some very supportive friends.

I'm sorry to hear millymoo, is there a reason as to why he refuses to speak to you about it all? I have found that posting on here helps.. it's just speaking to people with similar experiences and reading about other people's experience has made me feel less lonely and less crazy. Please know that you're not alone and Do feel to message should you need to get something off you chest.

The Miscarriage Association run monthly support groups. Check online for your area. Also, ask your GP for counselling or go private. Money well spent.
