Hi - long story, but I am currently meant to be 8w5d pregnant following FET. As it was an FET I have been on 8mg progynova since our BFP (was 6mg prior to that) and 400mg cyclogest twice a day.
Our scan last week didn't look good - there was a heartbeat but it didn't look like the baby had grown, was measuring the same as the week before - should have been 7w6d, but was 6w4d.
We are being scanned again tomorrow and were clinging on to the hope that they measured wrong or baby was at an odd angle, but I knew chances were v v slim. I have been keeping going with the pessaries and pills since last week despite the shit news, just in case of a miracle...
However I just sat down to get my pessaries our the drawer to do this evening's one, and had a gush of blood. Was bright red with clots and I'm still bleeding and cramping a bit. I was told by the doc that it was 'unlikely' I would bleed while still on the drugs. Has this happened to anyone else? It's over isn't it? I can't believe that I manage to bleed through all the drugs. Just feel so utterly broken as I hadn't prepared myself for this, despite preparing myself for bad news tomorrow at the scan, I thought I had one more day and thought that I wouldn't bleed yet...

@Hobbes39 I've just read your post. I'm so sorry you are going through this. I assume you've had your follow up scan already? I've been through something similar a few months ago. I had a miscarriage following a FET while on proygnova and progesterone. I actually had bleeding from OTD on and off. Sometimes more than what I would with a period. Despite this my baby made it to 9 weeks before it's heart stopped. I never got an answer for what caused the bleeding. I had a number of scans and baby was measuring behind at all of them. I did so much googling and did find some positive stories out there. I really hope that's the case for you Thanks
