Have your companies been in touch with you at all re your return or in a supportive way?

Mine haven't been in touch at all, I left a message after my EPAU appointment to say I wasn't coming back in and I had a two week sick note and they could call my on my mobile if they wanted, that was 6 days ago.

I know I'll have to talk about going back sooner or later but I'm focused on getting through the miscarriage first, I don't really want to talk to work right now anyway.

I'm really surprised as I'm due to return shortly and I feel nervous about returning. I'm surprised no one has said 'are you ok, can we support?'

I went back to work last week and as soon as I stepped in the door we went for a meeting where he asked if there was anything he could do/any way to make it easier for me going back. After a rough couple of days we've decided on me doing shorter days for the next week, glad to be back though! Maybe they are waiting for you to get in touch or just waiting until you go back in? I didn't hear much while I was off, I think they just want to leave you to it and not push anything x

That's a bit odd, normally you have to go to a meeting on return if you've been off for more than a couple of days. Hopefully they're just trying to give you space.
