How long after D&C did all your pg symptoms disappear? (TMI warning)

I suffered a silent miscarriage at 6 weeks, found out at 8 weeks and had a d&c 2 weeks later on 3rd November (11 days ago) all fine and I stopped bleeding 4 days afterwards. Symptoms stopped around that time but yesterday and today I had some pinkish brown mucus, the odd tummy cramp and now I feel sick and boob ache. Could these still be pg symptoms back after a week of nothing? I did pg test this morning and got a squinter. Ov tests are showing dark positives but I'm guessing this is because of residual hormones.

has anyone had this? how long after did you get a negative and then positive ov test?

I'm so sorry for your loss 😔 I had a mmc in July at 12 weeks, had two courses of medical management which didn't work so I had an emergency d&c so mine may be slightly different to yours. I was advised not to test for at least 2 weeks so maybe you've tested a little too soon? I was told if I still had a positive result then there could still be some tissue left and would maybe need another go remove the rest. Maybe give it a few more days and if still positive go back?
