Positive stories after m/c

Hi all, i need some positivity, just been through d&c for mmc. 10wk scan baby measured 6wk 1d & no heartbeat, i was scanned at 6wks 5d & had exact same measurement with hb so baby must have died within hours of that scan. I also had m/c in april at 5 1/2wks. I just feel like its never going to happen & scared something really wrong. Anyone any positive stories?

That's so sad, I completely understand your devastation. I also had two miscarriage's late into pregnancy, funeral's for both. I thought I would never smile again. I won't hijack your post with my own story, but I went on to have 2 DC, with the help of a cervical stitch for both. I had my DD at 40.

Unfortunately I don't have a positive story to share with you at the moment, but just wanted you to know that I'm going through exactly the same situation as you are. I had a MMC last week at 10 weeks and lost my baby naturally on Friday. I'm finding it really hard to cope this time as like you I had a miscarriage in April at 5 and half weeks too. I just pray we can all get through this traumatic time and even though everyone around you tries to be as helpful and sympathetic, they will never understand how hard it is . I hope they never have to too. Meanwhile I'm trying to take each day as it comes and hoping the heartache and helplessness eases with time. Fa13, i am so sorry & i wish we were not going through the exact same!! Its quite unbelievable the timeline of events! Im quite cross about things today & a feeling of the unfairness of it all. I feel i need to get some kind of tests done before we try again as cannot go through a 3rd m/c so will probably go private. Im also 35 so feel like time is not in my favour.
