I am on my 3rd MC in 9 months, this one and first are missed MC. Ten week scan this week showed that babies heart had stopped beating (very recently apparently) but my hormones seem to be still surging as I am feeling really sick, afternoon it starts and get progressively stronger, last night really bad, is there anything I can do to prevent this sick feeling and when will it pass?

Surgery booked for Monday

Don't know, but in the same boat with an 11week mmc as of yesterday.

Sympathies.

Same boat here, sick as a dog

How're you two today? I'm bleeding so might complete without intervention. Not sure if that's a good thing.

Still sick, no bleeding, have surgery booked in tomorrow. Pregnancy hormones seem to getting a bit better but hopefully after surgery will stop feeling sick.

I am worried about another cervix tear, that happened in December during erpc, also blood test from booking appointment showed low platelets so but worried about blood loss. Actually just generally worried tbh!

I don't know who to tell, only told my best friend and his DH but they are now on holiday the other side of the world, my DM hasn't even asked how scan was so havent told her, bit angry about that tbh.

SinkyMalinks have you got surgery arranged? if so it's worth still attending but arrive early and they can scan you, with my erpc I had bleeding and they still operated saying that it would speed things up

Thanks for asking. Didn't have a date because while I'm 11 weeks by dates, the scan showed a sac but only a 6 week embryo so they wanted to rescan on thurs. Torrential bleeding today however and got admitted. Was about to go for surgery when the drugs kicked in and the bleeding has settled. Just need to see how I go from here now - still in.

I'd told both my mum and mil - was struggling with sickness and see them both a lot. Not sure that helped as they're both just fretting but being no practical use. Also told a couple of friends because we had plans (which usually involve drinking). It's been good to be able to speak to people without also having to say - "btw, I was pregnant, but...". Also helped because 3 other friends gave birth the day I found out I'd miscarried so could get friends to say why I wasn't rushing to congratulate them.

Hope it goes ok tomorrow for you - not surprised you're worried. It's really tough having no control, and wanting it all over. And really hope this is the last time for both of us.

waiting for surgery now, feeling really sick but they will give anti sickness meds.

Hope you are doing ok, are they going to operate?

Did you get on ok Standingcat?

I'm home. Medical management only, but I'm a bit anxious as I'm still bleeding enough to use a hospital pad. Hopefully will settle soon. I lost quite a lot of blood so feel pretty awful.

Standingcat · 26/09/2017 12:31

I am home, it went fine, no complications and my own room to hang around in. Afternoon surgery so was in from 1230 - 7pm. I am just sat watching shite tv, I don't plan to do much else.

I hope that the bleeding eases soon, drink plenty of fluids and keep blood sugar up.
