Random bleeding months after miscarriage?

Hello everyone.

I lost my baby on 10 July at 9 weeks. I have had two periods since, both very heavy. My last one was only 10 days ago but now I am bleeding bright red again. I know there is nothing retained as I had 2 scans and I have zero hcg.

I took Misoprostol to induce the bleeding and I am wondering if that is causing this issue.

Has anyone else experienced bleeding (not spotting) between periods after miscarriage?
