NK testing via blue horizon London

Hi all,

I am in the midst of looking at miscarriage testing after 2 MC.

We have seen Dr Shehata but are concerned about the cost vs the fact that he pushes the NK cells quite hard, and that these tests are not done at some of the other clinics because they don't think it to be relevant.

We have found that we can have the NK tests done for a lot less at the London pathology lab "blue horizon" (about £410) has anybody done this? I'm looking at doing the NKP2 and NKP1, which comes out to a lot cheaper than via the clinic.

Our thinking is that if the results come back with high NK cells than we take the results back to dr Shehata and then go ahead with treatment (having saved a few thousand £- but if not we just wait for our MC and for St Mary's to start caring.
