Dropped HCG, when will I miscarry?

I got my BFP the day my period should have been due, I just knew i was pregnant. I've previously had 4 miscarriages so was given a scan at 5 weeks where the gestational sack was seen. At 5+3 my hcg was at 2600, 2 days later at 5+5 they were 3200, today at 6 weeks they've dropped down to 2400.

I've been told I will miscarriage soon and I've absolutely sobbed my heart out but I don't think it will really hit home until I actually start bleeding, I still feel pregnant as tired and food knocking me sick.

Can anyone advise me as to when it'll start or is it just something I need to wait for?
