Progestrone/previous miscarriage and re-testing

I have had 3 miscarriages previously and have recently got another BFP.

This time I'm taking progestrone pessaries and as I understand it they'll mask any signs of miscarriage.

Tomorrow I have to pee on a stick again and I'm so scared.

I'm not sure how I'd cope with another loss but with the pessaries masking symptoms I am terrified
