So scared for my dating scan :( !! Help!

Hi Ladies!
So Iv been a worried, anxious mess since I found out I was pregnant. I know it sounds silly but I just think the worse will happen. I had an early scan at 6 weeks, 7weeks +2 and also 10+2. All scans were fine and saw a heartbeat at all of them. At 10week scan heart beat was 164bpm.
I have my dating scan on Monday and ill be 13 weeks. I'm just so scared they will tell me iv had a MMC. Reassurance is really needed ladies :(

Didn't want to read and run. If all the other scans were fine and you have had no spotting or bleeding there is no indication anything has gone wrong. Try to keep busy to occupy yourself over the weekend. Good luck for Monday x
