Miscarriage/implantation bleeding HELP?!!

I had a miscarriage on 24th March I was around 7 weeks gone, bled for only 5 days and everything completely passed. Had a scan to check everything was clear and tested negative for 4 days on HPT. After this I starting using ovulation tests and it seems I ovulated a week later than I normally would (around CD 20) felt yucky last couple of weeks and done a test yesterday with a really faint positive, started spotting last night, blood was slightly dark brownish and then pinkish and the same this morning, not heavy but more than a few spots, could this be implantation? I've been having mild cramps which are manageable with paracetamol and lower back ache, sore boobs, queasy feeling and mood swings to go with early pregnancy symptoms. I have 3 beautiful healthy children (from a prev relationship) and the miscarriage was a complete shock as I didn't think this would happen to me. I'm 27.
Anyone experience similar or have any idea? I'm terrified of going through another m/c again.

Hi - I'm just bumping this for you. Perhaps someone else will comment - I'm no expert, but I'll do my best.

I'm very sorry for your miscarriage.

So MC was 24 March, you had a clear scan and tested negative. Then after positive ovulation tests CD20, you had a positive HPT on 26 April?

So firstly, it does sound like a 'new' pregnancy - congratulations. Secondly the small amount of brown/pink spots of blood that you've had DOES sound like implantation bleeding that I've had myself. As regards timing, I think you'd usually expect implanation bleeding to happen before the time of your normal period, but then the timing of your cycle is likely to have been thrown off a bit because of the earlier miscarriage.

I hope you're still OK. What you've described doesn't sound like any cause for worry to me. FX.

Ended up in hospital today, My hormone levels have just come back, they are low so I need to get my bloods took again on Saturday when they should have doubled if the pregnancy is normal, if they have lowered then I am having a miscarriage but I have no active bleeding at the minute, it's old blood that's coming away. If the levels stay the same then they will be worried I have an ectopic pregnancy and they will have to investigate with keyhole surgery. It's just a waiting game at the minute to see what happens with the hormone levels. I've been given antibiotics because I have a water infection and codeine for the pain. I must rest aswell.
Just one thing after the other, so stressful these teeny tiny babies.
Xx

My HCG levels have gone up from 44 to 186 so really good news. Pregnancy is progressing well at the min. Have to have complete rest still and continue to take antibiotics and fingers crossed everything is fine. Got a scan next Friday when levels should be high enough to see baby on scan X
