Hi all,

Let me introduce myself been trying for baby for best part of 3 years, I have one dd aged 6 from a previous relationship.
I have had 5 miscarriages in the past 3 years of trying.
This is the last part on the story and I am confused!

2 weeks ago I came on my period, I was 5 days late but had negative tests. The period was slightly lighter than normal but given I usually flood when I am on it was still fairly heavy.
16 days into my new cycle I started to spot........I took a test this am and feint positive......I took a test tonight ( digital ) says not pregnant. Now spotting stopped and I am confused........do you think may have been a 6th miscarriage? Would it be an implantation bleed? What should I do?

Sorry for all the questions but had an awful past 7 weeks to be fair with trying to resuscitate my partners grandad who sadly passed away anyway and I am not sleeping well since!

Sorry to let it all out but my mind is playing tricks. However got my friend to look at test earlier today and she too could see a line as was worried my eyes were also playing tricks .

If i was you i would wait afew days and then test again.
When i was pregnant with my son (now 3) i had a period at 5 weeks.. Just thought my cycle was out of sync then after 'period' i felt horrendous, tested when my nxt period didnt arrive... Bfp.. When i went for scan 12 week scan was 16 weeks.. The first late period was loss of twin.
I'm only saying this as lots of ppl do have bleeding but like you i've also had a mc (in jan) so know its not a very gud sign.
Apparently the 'pink dye' tests are more accurate than the blue ones fue to evap line so if i was you i would buy a load of cheapy ones and wait and see.
U may never know if it was a chemical mc .. I hope u r seeking help for recurrent mc.

Thank you jezzy- we have had lots of tests re miscarriages , scans blood tests, chromosome tests, all fine and they are saying just bad luck! I however not convinced am awaiting ovulation to call for an nk cells test privately as seem to have a lot of the symptoms of this. They then take a uterine swab 10 days after ovulation but you must not be pregnant so feel this month I should avoid too. Thank you for your response, it's lovely to hear positive news. I did bleed all the way through pregnancy with DD, I never tested with lines tests then so none of this confusion happened. X
