MC? not even sure if I was Pg

Sorry if this is long I'm a bit confused

To start I came off the pill in October to ttc, periods settled to normal quickly (for me that's light for first day, them heavy for 2 days and then light again for 2 days) however after some some problems with work we decided to stop ttc for now and I started taking my pill at the beginning of January.
I did a test at this time and it was negative.
I took the jan and feb pill packets back to back so effectively skipped a period but I currently have a week left on the 2nd pack of pills so I would have AF early next week (when I have taken back to back in past I've had slight spotting but nothing heavy)
Thursday and Friday last week my lower tummy felt a bit sore but I just thought it was because id done 30day shred on mon and tues.
All day Saturday I was in pain, had bad cramping and lower backache, continued through most of Saturday night and early Hours Sunday morning.
About 10am Sunday morning I had bleeding, at first a light brown and within an hour I had a few dark red clots.
Them for the rest of the day I had a bit more brown discharge with a bit of egg white discharge and that was it, today I've had nothing but tummy is still feeling sore

Does this sound like a mc? It doesn't feel like my normal period which lasts for about 5-6 days when I'm not taking the pill and is quite light throughout when I am taking the pill.

HI ticktock sorry you haven't had replies - at a casual glance because you posted several times it looks like you've had your question answered.
I'm not sure it's possible to answer it really, without a positive test at some point you are never going to know if you were pregnant. I suppose it's possible you conceived at the end of December but were too early to test positive before you went back on your pill? But equally possible that your cycles are just a bit messed up by the stopping and starting and back to back-ing.

Thank you for replying, I'm ok, I suppose in a way Its easier that I never did get a BFP so I can't actually put it down to being a MC 100%
I did feel a bit down and tear-y yesterday but I'm so lucky that We have one wonderful Dc and besides we are not really in the best of positions to welcome another little one right now.
I'm just trying to stay positive and am trying to just keep thinking it was just a period (which it could have been) so nothing to worry about

It may be worth taking a test as pregnancy hormones tend to stick around after mc so at least you should know then either way

If i were u i would do a test. If you were pregnant you may still have hgc in your system and show a bfp, i had mmc in january at 9 weeks and showed hgc until this week (3weeks post).
It also might be worth speaking to epu as uv been having pain.
Have u had any unpleasant smells etc as if you did MC and its incomplete u could hav an infection causing the pain.
