experience after treatment with methotrexate after ectopic

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with an ectopic on July 2. i received two doses since the first one didn't work. Second dose has worked to reduce my hcg levels from 2000 to 100 however i continue to experience one sided pain, red bleeding and digestive problems. i had an ultrasound done a week ago and they found free flowing fluid but discharged me saying it was a normal to have some with a dissolving ectopic. its been a month since mh second dose......are my symptoms normal? im worried about a small rupture with little bleeding. any advice would be appreciated....
