Very early mc but have ovarian pain.

Hi, was posting elsewhere last week because I thought I was pg. Ended the week with painful 5 day late AF and lots of ovary and stomach pain.

GP thought early mc but the pain got so bad that had to go to A&E on Saturday. Spent the weekend in hospital waiting to find out why I had ovary pain (had ruptured cyst last year so very nervous). Finally saw my Gyney Monday evening who also said it was probably a very early mc and there was nothing they had missed.

Has anyone else experienced ovary pain after mc? Do you know why? My lower abdomen hurts as well- nothing like period cramps though.

HI Ginger sorry you are having such a shitty time.

Have you had a scan? If it's continuing I'd go back, just in case they've missed something like an ectopic, or you have an infection.
I had random cramping for a few weeks after MC, but nothing worse than bad period pains. If in doubt go back and get checked again.
