this is my first time to actually put in words my feelings... i lost my little son at 17 weeks...i was all alone when it happened ...this was two days after splitting up with the father , who i had found out after 3 yrs had been cheating on me.. i dont know if it was the stress of that that brought on the feelings and the events that followed...the feeling of loss in my body in my heart in my head for my little boy , called daniel, is still raw..this is all a year later... i really encourage all women who have gone through this to talk about it , let the tears really helps with the healing...

I'm sorry for your losses. I've recently come across a wonderful organisation called Saying Goodbye which supports parents who have lost babies. I'm hoping to attend one of their remembrance services later this year, even though it is over 5 years since my loss.
