It's been just over 4wks now and I still feel really low is that normal? I went for a scan thinking I was 10/11wks to be told my baby had stopped growing at 5/6wks had an internal scan so as he could even see anything. We were sent home with another scan booked for 10 days time, being told we had probably got our dates wrong. But I knew that wasn't likely. I was relieved that I started miscarrying naturally 4days later. I hated the thought of a dead baby being in my belly. I've just come on my period so that's got all back up and running quickly which is just a reminder of Wots no longer there. We had decided not to waste any time and started trying as soon as my miscarriage bleeding stopped. So also have the disappointment of not becoming pregnant again. When will I feel better?

it is the emotional strain too - it is terrible. I am dreading my first period.

I hope you feel a little better soon. It is so unfair.
