help for friend who is waiting to miscarry?

A close friend is waiting to miscarry after having had an early scan and being told the pregnancy was not viable. If it doesn't happen naturally, she has an appointment coming up to look at her options for termination. I feel awful for her and would like to find out what, if anything, I can do for her at this point? Dp suggested sending her a card but I wasn't sure - most people don't even know she was pregnant and I guess she'd like to keep it that way.

I sent my best friend a big bunch of flowers through interflora, didnt mention anything but just put that i loved her very much.
I made sure she knew I was on the end of the phone day or night, but kept my distance to let her get on with it in private. Everyone reacts differently to stuff like this, it's just important to let her know you are there.
