Pressure feeling in belly anyone else have this?

As title says has anyone else had this? and how do you cope with it?
I first experienced pressure in my stomach/pelvic area two years ago as I was going into menopause, it lasted five a few months on and off and then went away. I was told then that it was a menopausal symptom caused by hormones.
Fast forward to April this year and I start having a full feeling of pressure in my belly again lasting for days at a time then it goes away and comes back few days later.
This has continued all these months later and its driving me mad. It's like a balloon that's been blown up too much and needs popping. I have a feeling like I need to go for a wee but after having a wee there is no relief. The doctor doesn't seem interested as I've had a pelvic and stomach scan. The pelvic scan has shown a thickened uterine lining and I'm waiting for biopsy results ( I have had thickened uterine lining two years ago too and biopsy was fine). My stomach ultrasound showed a full kidney so I had to have another ultrasound last week which showed all was fine with bladder and kidneys now.
Long post but I'm so uncomfortable so as my doctor says is this really a hormonal symptom?
Help please

Looks like a few of us are suffering then, it's unbearable at times but trying to get a doctor to listen is hard work! I don't see pressure feeling in stomach as a listed menopause symptom?

Did you get an ultrasound done? If so take a copy of it from your GP' receptionist, as sometimes GPs will not tell you the complete picture. Perimenopause does cause bowel and bloating issues but if you have increased uterine thickening then there is a chance you have a bulky uterus too. It is also quite normal in perimenopause but what it does is congest your abdominal area. If you are sitting whole day then it will cause wind which creates a pressure feeling. You can try taking malox but what helped me was eating a light lunch and not wearing tight clothes like jeggings.
