Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site and its my first time joining a thread, if thats was i should call it.

I've just been prescribed Testogel but have no idea how to use it! the pharmacist told me to use a quarter of the size of my thumb, My Gp told me nothing and instead told the surgery clinician to speak to me instead; he told me to use half of the recommended amount then to half that again. no help really cause the amount would still work out incorrectly cause I cannot afford to waste any as they are in specific dosages for men.
I don't have a syringe or anything to be able to measure the amount Im taking; any ideas from anyone would help!!!
