Is this the start?

I have all the symptoms of a period except for the bleeding. Should've started a week ago. Usually starting relieves the pms almost immediately but over the past week I've been feeling more and more antsy till I'm at the stage where I feel like a powder keg ready to blow. Not to mention the bloating, painful boobs etc etc. Help! Will I explode soon?

I'm 48 this month, been pretty much regular as clockwork until now and have no other menopause symptoms except that my internal thermostat seems to be set higher than it used to.

Is this the start of the big M and if so how do I cope with continuous pms stabbyness?
