Will HRT help with my low energy and slight hair loss?

Just started on Kliovance continuous HRT age 50
Fatigue isn’t a symptom that HRT claims to help with, has anyone had better energy since starting HRT?
Ditto for slight hair loss and brittle nails?

Thank you, I will see how my hair goes on the HRT and ask for a higher dose at my 3 month review if it’s not improved by then.
