Anyone here on HRT?Been to the surgery this morning after a few weeks of feeling tired,anxious,(no periods for a few months),hair loss,weight gain.the dreaded SWEATS and no sleep.I'm mid forties so thought it was the menopause creeping up on me and that i'd try put up with it until it goes away.
Alas the symptoms if anything have become worse.Starting on HRT tomorrow so am interested to hear your stories as google is a minefield 🙈

Suggest you read the website Menopause Matters- written by a consultant. In the menu system, go to Treatments/ HRT.

Also read the HOME page- bottom of page, Blog. Very useful stuff there.

I've used HRT for almost 10 years. Great stuff. feel great, but you need to get the right sort for you and the right dose- doesn't always happen straight away.
