Struggling with menopausal symptoms, had endometrial ablation a year ago so no bleeding since, but irritable and irrational at times, bloating, weight gain, headaches, forgetfulness etc definitely worse over last few months. Any natural ideas to ease symptoms, also at 50 and no bleeding for a year dare I think safe from getting pregnant?
