Am peri and sweating, pouring pints, every day soaking through clothes and hair. Just recovering from a cold brought on by wearing a t shirt outside as I'm always so terribly hot.
Other people are commenting on the severe sweating I'm having. kindly but with concern. I can't drive any more as I can't see where I'm going when my forehead gushes into my eyes and my glasses steam up.
Even the slightest activity triggers a gush that lasts about 90min. It's much worse pre-period. And it's really getting me down.
Any advice? for instance, how much should I be drinking to replace the lost fluids? I'm never without a pint of water these days, but I'm wondering about salts and things too.
