Really really need a good gynae for menopause symptoms. Have seen the names of Nick Panay and Michael Dooley a couple of times.
Has anyone seen either of these two or in fact anyone else they would recommend? (please don't say the words John Studd to me, been there, done that, feel a lot worse :(

I went to see Michael Dooley. I can recommend him and after getting nowhere with my gp it was worth the money. One letter from him and I got all the necessary tests on the NHS..
He delivered ds 7 years ago.

I would also like a good recommendation. I can travel but Scotland would be easier.

I haven't had a great experience bloody awful actually with him and after being in contact with others (especially on menopause forums) I have learnt that there are quite a few others that have felt the same way and are now in a worse position. On the flip side I have also read of women that he has really helped, (Denise Welch) I guess that could be the case with any professional.
If you want further info feel free to PM.
