periods in perI phase

Ok si was told a few years ago that hormone levels suggest end is nigh. Periods far less frequent or 2 in a month.
Since than I went on to have a change baby.
Baby is now 10 months ols and the hot flush type symptons arre back yet periods are every 28 days and llighter than before. Except first one post baby which was massive. After thst one had a 3 month gap but now regularagain.
Does this sound like the end.
Also tips to cope in heat welcome.

Age?

You are possibly having anovular cycles- no eggs being released. At some point your periods will change again- fewer , more often, lighter, heavier, stop, start, any of these.

No tips for heat except the same as for all meno symptoms- HRT or complementary supplements etc.

Lots of stuff here on that if you look.
