Seem to heading into menopause, irregular periods, etc...when I would normally be 'due' a period, would it be normal to get the PMT thing, then for this to abate slightly as the month wears on, despite not having AF?
Trying to get some idea of when I should really avoid contentious discussions with dh, chocolate, etc...! TIA
