apologies if tmi but is anyone else, er, dribbling a bit when they sneeze or cough hard. This has only starting happening recently and is really embarrassing! Is there a cure or do I have to start wearing nappies. Blush
btw I am (I think) through the menopause. I am 54 and fighting fit apart from this.

Um, yes.... if my bladder is quite full anyway. (49, not aware of menopause because I have a Mirena.) Don't know about cures, do speak to your GP, but isn't this what Tena was invented for?

Pelvic floor exercises- and see Gp to ask for referral to a female physio who will tell you if youare doing them correctly.

OP - are you on HRT? There's a link between HRT and stress incontinence.
